Fair Play OOSH Booragul is looking for a passionate & driven Male OOSH Educator to work at our awesome Booragul service.
To all the amazing ladies out there, we are just needing to support a few of our little OOSHIES and needing a Male mentor at this time.
Due to growth we are looking for a new educator / mentor. Experience is not a necessity but reliability, drive, passion and wanting to make a difference in the little people of our future is essential.
Fair Play OOSH is a small privately owned and operated OOSH company wanting to be the best at what we do and not the BIGGEST. Yes, we are running a business but our number one priority is to ensure our staff are given the tools to succeed and that ALL children are given the option to attend OOSH and that money is no barrier.
Our program's are well known in the community and within the industry for delivering outstanding activities for the children while our families are receiving value for money when sending their child/ren to Fair Play OOSH.
We have 11 beautiful services located in Branxton, Edgeworth, Garden Suburb, Anna Bay, Tanilba Bay, Redhead ,Woodberry, Barnsley, Blackalls Park, Greta and Branxton.

About You
- Passion and Drive for working with children. Experience in the sector is not essential as we will offer training, but what is needed is passion, drive and reliability.
- Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with staff and families
- Ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build partnerships with families and the local community
- WWCC - willing to obtain
- Passionate and driven for the sector
- Fun and want to be part of a team attitude

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
